Problem Note 10664: Campaign Management ignores any maximum row limit specified and exports
all rows
If you run an interface definition in the SAS Campaign Management
component, and select the option in the 'Sampling' tab to limit the
export to a maximum number of rows, the application may ignore the limit
and export all rows. This problem occurs when you export the data to a
table in the database. To work around the problem, export to a flat
file instead.
A Technical Support hot fix for this issue, currently only for use with
the NCR Teradata and Oracle databases, is available at:

After you apply this hotfix, you must add a new entry to the ISMCONFIG
table. The key ExportLimitSQL must be added, with the value:
SAMPLE %1 (for Teradata)
ROWNUM <=%1 (for Oracle)
This functionality is not currently available for SAS, SPD Server, or
DB2 databases.
