Problem Note 10637: Syntax error occurs when running a selection rule with multiple INCLUDE,
EXCLUDE, or OVERLAP sets
If you run a selection rule in the SAS® Campaign Management component
that references multiple INCLUDE, EXCLUDE, or OVERLAP sets, you might
receive the following error:

Description: 37000: [NCR][Teradata RDBMS] Syntax error: expected
something between the 'UNION' keyword and '('.
This error only occurs if the underlying database is Teradata, and you
do not have the UseMinus configuration option set.
