Problem Note 10626: "Page cannot be displayed" message when attempting to reference
NOTEINS.HTM in IT Resource Management (ITRM)
In IT Resource Management (ITRM), the notes.htm file generated using the
dynamic webstyle contains a hyperlink that points to NOTEINST.HTM, which
yields a "Page cannot be displayed" message when selected.
