Problem Note 10620: Security loophole to edit remote FMS Report books
If you have security to view a remote report book in SAS Financial
Management Solutions (FMS), you may view the report book remotely.
However, you may also copy the report book locally, edit it, and then
copy the edited book back to the remote server, essentially overriding
your view only security.
