Problem Note 10608: 'There are overlapping bands' message when using date ranges in banding

If you create a banded field using dates in the SAS Campaign Management
component, when you try to save the banded field you receive the
following warning:

   There are overlapping bands.
   Do you want to continue saving these details?

If you select 'Yes', the band is created but the dates are transposed.
