Problem Note 10462: Scheduler.config documentation contains incorrect default information
for some entries
In the scheduler.config file for the SAS Campaign Management
Multi-threaded Scheduler (MTSC), the notes state that if the
owner.manyTasks and dbUser.manyTasks entries are omitted then the
default values are assumed to be 'NO'. This is not correct. Instead,
the MTSC will assume a value of 'YES' if these values are absent.
These options specify whether or not MTSC attempts to run more than one
task simultaneously for a given campaign management or database user.
To guarantee that the correct setting is used, you should explicitly
specify the options in the scheduler.config file.
