Usage Note 10064: Person Reference browser in SAS Integration Technologies Administrator
may be blank
When adding a new subscriber in the Integration Technology
Administrator, information is requested for a Person Reference. The
subscriber is created on the LDAP structure but it can not be seen on
the Person Reference browser.
The following error will be seen in the LDAP log:
ldap_read: want=1 error=unknown error
ber_get_next on fd 780 failed errno=10035 (WSAEWOULDBLOCK)
This message has been seen when using OpenLDAP v2.0.19.
The Integration Technology Administrator looks for a person object class
defined in the site.cfg file. Therefore, to correct the problem, modify
the useUserBase parameter to match the LDAP server configuration.
The useUserBase parameter usually does not match because:
1.) The ou=People is not included and it should be.
2.) The ou=People is included and it really should not be.
