Usage Note 1550: Running SCS and another application on same port gives error
A Jservice.exe application error will show when you try and run the SCS
and any other web server type applications using the same port number.
This happens especially when the Wingate firewall application is
installed.
The solution is to be sure the two applications run on different port
numbers.
