Executing Servlets and JavaServer Pages

You can test the servlet and the JavaServer page (JSP) in your project after the project has been built.

  1. Start the Tomcat Java Application Server (this is typically the default Java Web Server).
  2. Select Build [arrow] Execute in browser.

    -OR-

    Click the Execute in Browser icon (Execute in Browser icon) on the Build toolbar.
