Use this page to specify
the date for which you want to extract set data. You can also use
it to specify additional options, such as whether you want to add
parent-child relationship and add source ID to the data set that contains
the extracted data.
The page contains these
items.
Select Date
specifies the date
range for which you want to extract set data. You can specify both
the start date and end date for the date range. Here are the date
options.
From Date
specifies whether you
want to use the current date or a specified date as the start date
in your date range. To use the current date, select Current.
To use a specific date, enter the date in the Fixed field
using YYYYMMDD format, select a date from the calendar, or enter a
SAS macro variable, such as &date.
To Date
specifies whether you
want to use the current date or a specified date as the end date in
your date range. To use the current date, select Current.
To use a specific date, enter the date in the Fixed field
using YYYYMMDD format, select a date from the calendar, or enter a
SAS macro variable, such as &date.
Advanced Options
specifies additional
options for the set extraction:
Add parent-child relationship
specifies whether you
want to include parent-child relationships for the set in the data
set that contains the extracted data. Groups are represented in a
hierarchical tree structure. By default, the output data set defines
node positions in the tree structure by the level number. When you
select this option, you can identify the parent for each node in the
data set.
Add source system ID
specifies whether you
want to include source system identifiers for the set in the data
set that contains the extracted data. Selecting this option adds a
source ID column to the output data set. This column contains an identifier
for the source system (or SAP System) from which the data was extracted.
