Use this page to specify
the set or group for which you want to create the metadata. Based
on what you selected on the
Hierarchy Type Selection page,
you can select a specific group or groups within a specified controlling
area, chart of accounts, or both. Controlling area and chart of accounts
are organizational units that are defined in your SAP R/3 system.
The set identifier is the technical identifier of the group or set.
The technical identifier consists of the hierarchy type identifier
(set class), the chart of accounts or controlling area, and the set
(or group) name.
The page contains these

Subset set selection by controlling area or chart
of accounts

or groups by controlling area and chart of accounts. Here are the
subset options.
Controlling area [required]
identifies the controlling
area that contains the set for which you want to extract data. When
you select the controlling area, the chart of accounts that is associated
with the controlling area is automatically selected. This value is
required unless you selected
Account Group on
the
Hierarchy Type
Selection page.
Chart of accounts [required]
identifies the chart
of accounts that contains the set for which you want to extract data.
The chart of accounts that is associated with the controlling area
that you selected is automatically selected.
Read standard hierarchies for chart of accounts
specifies whether you
want to extract data from all standard hierarchies in the selected
chart of accounts and combine all metadata in a single data set. Here
are the hierarchy options.
Include all controlling areas for chart of accounts
indicates that you
want to extract data from all standard hierarchies for all controlling
areas that are associated with the selected chart of accounts.
Root node name
identifies the name
of top parent node. The parent node is the root node name for all
standard hierarchies of a chart of accounts. Enter the name that you
want to use. The default name is derived from the selected hierarchy
type.
These fields are enabled

Cost element group or standard hierarchy,
Business
process group or standard hierarchy, or
Profit
center group or standard hierarchy on the
Hierarchy Type Selection page.
Select set
lets you select a specific
group and set or standard hierarchy for which you want to extract
data. The group is associated with the selected chart of accounts.
Options vary depending on the selection that you make on the
Hierarchy Type Selection page
. Here are the options.
Cost element group
let you select a cost
element group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Cost
element group on the previous page. Enter the set name
or click the
Browse button to display the
Select Set dialog
box. In this dialog box, you can select from the list of cost element
groups that are included in the specified chart of accounts and controlling
area.
Cost center group
lets you select a cost
center group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Cost
center group or standard hierarchy on the previous page.
Enter the set or standard hierarchy name. You can also click
Browse to
display the
Select
Set dialog box. In this dialog box, you can select from
the list of cost center groups that are included in the specified
chart of accounts and controlling area.
Activity type group
lets you select an
activity type group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Activity
type group on the previous page. Enter the set name or
click
Browse to display the
Select Set dialog
box. In this dialog box, you can select from the list of activity
type groups that are included in the specified chart of accounts and
controlling area.
Statistical key figure group
lets you select a statistical
key figure group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Statistical
key figure group on the previous page. Enter the set
name or click
Browse to display the

box. In this dialog box, you can select from the list of statistical
key figure groups that are included in the specified chart of accounts
and controlling area.
Business process group
lets you select a business
process group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Business
progress group or standard hierarchy on the previous
page. Enter the set name or standard hierarchy name or click
Browse to
display the
Select
Set dialog box. In this dialog box, you can select from
the list of business process groups that are included in the specified
chart of accounts and controlling area.
Internal order group
lets you select an
internal order group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Internal
order group on the previous page. Enter the set name
or click
Browse to display the
Select Set dialog
box. In this dialog box, you can select from the list of internal
order groups that are included in the specified chart of accounts
and controlling area.
Cost object group
lets you select a cost
object group. This field is displayed only if you selected
Cost
object group on the previous page. Enter the set name

groups that are included in the specified chart of accounts and controlling
area.
Profit center group
lets you select a profit
center group. This field is displayed only if you selected

Enter the set name or standard hierarchy name. You can also click

Set dialog box. In this dialog box, you can select from
the list of profit center groups that are included in the specified
chart of accounts and controlling area.
Account group
lets you select a specific
set within the account group. This field is displayed only if you
selected
Account group on the previous page.
Enter the set name or click
Browse to display

Select Set dialog
box. In this dialog box, you can select from the list of account groups
that are included in the specified chart of accounts.

selected when you select the
Controlling Area in
