Processes a character string that is in the encoding of the current
SAS session, and then writes the character string in little-endian, 32-bit,
UCS4, Unicode encoding.

The $UCS4Lw. format writes
a character string in little-endian, 32-bit, UCS4 (universal character set
code in four octets), Unicode encoding. It processes character strings that
are in the encoding of the current SAS session.
The $UCS4Lw. format performs
processing that is the opposite of the $UCS4LEw.
format.
This example uses the Japanese Shift_JIS encoding, which
is supported under the UNIX operating environment.
