In this example, you
search for the status of life cycle tasks by using the Query utility.
To search for the status
of life cycle tasks, follow these steps:

Right-click the
Tutorial2 folder
and select
Query. The
Query window
appears.

Click the
Life
Cycle tab. Select the
User box,
select
MM Tutorial Assignees, and then click
Find.

Examine the status of
the associated milestones and click
OK. The
search results display tasks in the
Assignee list
that are assigned to the user and tasks in the
Approver list
that the user is assigned to approve. The
Assignee query
results return only the tasks that have a status of
Started or
Not
Started. Results that have a status of
Complete or
Approved are
omitted.
