specifies that SAS executes R language statements
in operating environments that support the R language.
- NORLANG

specifies that SAS is not to execute R language statements.
This is the default value.
If RLANG is specified and the R language is not supported
in the operating environment, SAS writes a message to the SAS log. The message
indicates that the R language is not supported and asks you to call SAS Technical
Support. SAS Technical Support would like to track the operating environments
where users would like SAS to execute R language statements, but the R language
is not supported.
