Specifying the Outlier Detection Analysis

This section describes the dialog box tabs associated with the Outlier Detection analysis. The Outlier Detection analysis calls the UNIVARIATE procedure in Base SAS to compute estimates of the location and scale. SAS/IML statements are then used to determine which values are sufficiently far from the location estimate.
