If the Edit Content icon

is displayed in the title bar of a portlet, then you can specify or change the information that is displayed inside the portlet.

When you click the Edit Content icon Edit content icon

, the Edit Portlet Contents page appears. The procedure for using this page varies depending on the portlet type, as follows:

For your Bookmarks portlet, you can specify whether each item's description and location are to be displayed. See Edit Your Bookmarks Portlet.
For a collection portlet, you can specify the content items that are to be displayed. You can also specify whether each item's description and location are to be displayed. Finally, you can specify the sort order for packages in a publication channel that is added to the portlet. See Edit the Contents of a Collection Portlet.
For a report portlet, you can specify the report that is to be displayed. See Edit the Contents of a Report Portlet.
For a URL display portlet, you can specify the URL for the information that is to be displayed in the portlet. You can also specify whether the portlet is to be displayed in an inline frame. See Edit the Contents of a URL Display Portlet.
For a WebDAV content portlet, you can specify the path to the HTML fragment that is to be displayed. See Edit the Contents of a WebDAV Content Portlet.
For a WebDAV graph portlet, you can specify the source data for the graph, the graph or chart type, and the variables that are to be represented. See Edit the Contents of a WebDAV Graph Portlet.
For a WebDAV navigator portlet, you can specify the starting URL. See Edit the Contents of a WebDAV Navigator Portlet.
