When you remove
an application from a collection portlet, the application no longer
appears in the portlet. However, it remains in your portal repository
so that you can add it later. If a collection portlet is shared with
a group, applications can be removed from the portlet only by a group
content administrator for the group.
Note: You can also
permanently delete an application from the portal environment. When
you delete an application, the application is no longer available
for you to add later. To delete an application, use the search tool.
See Using the Search Results Panel.
