When you remove
a syndication channel from a collection portlet, it no longer appears
in the portlet. However, it remains in your portal repository so that
you can add it later. If a collection portlet is shared with a group,
syndication channels can be removed from the portlet only by a content
administrator for the group.
Note: You can also
permanently delete a syndication channel from the portal environment.
When you delete a syndication channel, the syndication channel is
no longer available for you to add later. To delete a syndication
channel, use the search tool.
See Using the Search Results Panel.
