When you remove a link from
a collection portlet, the link no longer appears in the portlet. However,
it remains in your portal repository so that you can add it later.
If a collection portlet is shared with a group, links can be removed
from the portlet only by a content administrator for the group.
Note: You can also
permanently delete a link from the portal environment. When you delete
a link, the link is no longer available for you to add later. To delete
a link, use the search tool.
See Using the Search Results Panel.
