The CCL command
changes to lowercase all characters in a block of lines of text.
The CL and CCL commands change existing text to lowercase,
while the CAPS OFF command makes the default case of text lowercase, which
changes the case of new, inserted text. The CU and CCU commands, which change
existing text to uppercase, accomplish the opposite of the CL and CCL commands.
