Lists all the libraries that are currently assigned in your SAS
session.

If you specify libref, the
Active Libraries window opens with a list of members of the specified library.
Otherwise, the Active Libraries window lists the currently assigned libraries.
You can select a library to list its members.
A library that was allocated externally (using the JCL
DD statement or the TSO ALLOCATE command) is not listed by the LIBNAME window
until after you have used it in your SAS session.
