specifies the file reference of the file to be opened.
The PARMCARDS= system option specifies the file reference
of a file that SAS opens when it encounters a PARMCARDS statement
in a procedure.
In SAS 9.2, if you specify the PARMCARDS= system
option when you invoke SAS or in a configuration file, you can use the command-line
alias PRMCARDS.
