BINDING=DEFAULTEDGE | LONGEDGE | SHORTEDGE

BINDING
controls how the page is flipped when DUPLEX is in effect. It does not change
the orientation of the graph. DEFAULTEDGE refers to the harware's factory-default
setting. LONGEDGE and SHORTEDGE refer to the paper's long and short edges.
For PostScript printers, a PPD file must also be specified,
using the PPDFILE= option. The PPD file contains the command that SAS/GRAPH
needs to request the appropriate binding method on the printer being used.
If a PPD file is not specified, the BINDING= option is ignored because SAS/GRAPH
will lack the command needed to request the binding method.
