Access permissions vary from browser to browser, but some form
of access control is enforced in most browsers. To check your permissions,
open the browser's Preferences or Internet Options window. Then look for the
advanced options. Use your browser's help system and contact your system support
representative as needed to ensure that the browser permissions allow the
following:

Stylesheets
-
Java
-
JavaScripts
-
Java
Console
In the Security tab of the Internet Explorer's Internet Options
window, make sure that the selected Web content zone enables access to the
Web presentation.
