Before running the following sample code, set your HAVER_DATA environment variable to point to the SAS/ETS SASMISC folder
that contains sample Haver databases. The provided sample data files are HAVERD.DAT, HAVERD.IDX, HAVERW.IDX, and HAVERW.DAT.
In the following example, the Haver database is called haverw and it resides in the directory lib1. The DATA statement names the SAS output data set hwouty, which will reside in the Work library.
