The SASFRSCR option is not explicitly specified. A value for
SASFRSCR is generated only if SASSCRIPT is specified. You can
read the value for this option in an application that is written in the SAS
Component Language (SCL), which prompts a user for the correct SAS/CONNECT
sign-on script.
