If you have the appropriate
role, you can modify the data in a report that you are viewing. To
change the data in a report, complete these steps:

Select either
DataSelect Data or
OptionsSelect Data to open the
Select
Data dialog box.

Add or remove data items
from the Selected data items list.

Note: Modifications to the data
do not change the underlying report unless you have permission to
save over the original report.
Another way to change data in a report is to drag a
data item from the
Section Data panel
and drop it onto tables and graphs.
Note: You cannot use drag and drop
to hide data items. Use the Assign Data dialog
box to hide data items.
