Dynamic text acts a placeholder for text that will
be generated from data when the report is viewed. You can include
dynamic text in a header or a footer, which enables you to include
information such as the name and description of the data source that
is supplying the data for the report, the date that the report was
last refreshed, and the report author.

choices that are available in the Edit Header and Edit Footer dialog boxes.
