A data
administrator can use folders to help organize a large number of data
sources (information maps). The administrator can also move, rename,
and delete existing data sources. If a data source is deleted, then
users are unable to open any reports that access the data source.
If a data source has been moved, renamed, or both, then users with
the appropriate role and access to the
File Management window can use the repair report option to find the correct data
source and redirect the report to use it.
