When users are assigned to roles, they gain access to
certain capabilities in certain applications. Roles are implemented
in the following desktop applications:
SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office
Roles and capabilities are also implemented in SAS
Web Report Studio, as described in the
SAS Intelligence Platform: Web Application Administration Guide.
Roles are added, deleted,
and changed in the User Manager in SAS Management Console.
