The User Manager in
SAS Management Console provides roles and capabilities that you can
assign to users. When a user profile is assigned to a role, that user
has access to the capabilities that are selected for that role in
the User Manager.
Opening the User Manager
displays roles for the following desktop applications:
SAS Management Console
provides two default roles: Advanced and Content Management. The following
table describes the capabilities that are assigned to those roles
by default. In the User Manager, you can change the capabilities of
a role or add new roles with unique sets of capabilities.
