Creating Nonstandard Designs

ADX provides you with a wide variety of standard designs, which are recommended for the vast majority of experiments that require fractionation. However, there are certain circumstances that call for nonstandard fractional factorial designs. You can use the design selection facility in ADX to select nonprincipal fractions. In situations requiring even greater flexibility, this facility provides advanced users with an interface to the FACTEX procedure and the SAS programming language. If you need a d- or a-optimal design, see Chapter 8.
