Turns on optimized load mode processing

The
S2KLOAD statement controls whether SYSTEM 2000 uses optimized load processing.
You can use the optimized load mode for the initial load or for incremental
loads that involve adding new logical entries. However, if you are inserting
new records into existing entries, you cannot use optimized loading because
the new records are inserted under existing records. The default is insert
mode.
