Data Set Options for Relational Databases

BL_METHOD= Data Set Option

Specifies the bulk-load method to use for DB2.

Default value:	none
Valid in:	DATA and PROC steps (when accessing DBMS data using SAS/ACCESS software)
DBMS support:	DB2 under UNIX and PC Hosts

Syntax

BL_METHOD=CLILOAD

CLILOAD: enables the CLI LOAD interface to the LOAD utility. You must also specify BULKLOAD=YES before you can use the CLI LOAD interface.

To specify this option, you must first set BULKLOAD=YES.
