This option applies to appending and updating
rows in an existing table. It does not apply when creating a table.
DBMAX_TEXT= is usually used with a very long DBMS character
data type, such as the Sybase TEXT data type or the Oracle CLOB data type.
Oracle: This option applies for CHAR, VARCHAR2, CLOB, and LONG
data types.
