Specifies the CA-DATADICTIONARY
userid.

is the 32-character entity-occurrence name of a PERSON entity
in the CA-DATADICTIONARY database.
The userid is required. If you specify
this data set option, it overrides the userid in the view descriptor.
The CA-Datacom/DB userid is not necessarily the same
as the user's TSO ID. The userid and optional password must have
retrieval authority on six entity-types: DATABASE, FILE, RECORD, KEY, ELEMENT,
and FIELD.
