Using the LIBNAME Statement for SAP

Indicates whether the SAS should use SAP batch jobs for the data extracts.
Valid in: DATA and PROC steps (when accessing DBMS data using SAS/ACCESS software)
Default value: N

BATCH | BATCH_MODE | BATCHMODE = 0|1|Y|N

Y

SAS uses batch jobs to extract SAP data.

N

SAS uses dialog processes to extract SAP data.

Indicates whether SAS should use SAP batch jobs for the data extracts. The default value for this option is N.

Note:   The BATCH= option is SAP-specific.  [cautionend]
