_SET_EXPAND_FLAG_ Method

Sets the expflag_ instance variable that indicates whether values can be expanded

Where...	Is Type...	And Contains...
rowlist	N	the rowlist from the GET_CLASS_COMBINATIONS method
actionsl	N	the actionsl list from the data model.
