Interfaces and implementation of transport framework. The transport framework supports movement of metadata and content associated with SAS objects. The following operations are supported by the framework:

• Export (persist objects to a transportable package)
• Import (load objects from a transportable package)
• Copy/Paste
• Copy/Paste Special (copy with advanced options)
• Move (to new folder)
• Rename
• Promote (copy from one system to another)
• Install (load objects from an install package)
