OLE DB Customizations

The IOM Provider supports several important OLE DB customizations that are in addition to the standard OLE DB interfaces documented in the previous sections. These are:

• An augmentation of the standard OLE DB IColumnsInfo method:
  • ISASColumnsInfo

• A unique interface that enables you to retrieve SAS data set information:
  • ISASDataSetInfo

• Two extensions to the OLE DB TABLES schema rowset:
  • TABLES Schema Rowset
  • COLUMNS Schema Rowset
