Problem Note 70543: SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.1 - Unable to write job outputs to a shared folder when executing a shared workspace job in the repository

An issue introduced in SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.1 results in no job outputs being checked in when a job is executed in the repository that was created in a shared folder with a shared workspace.
The following error occurs as part of the action status:
Job completed successfully, outputs have not been checked in to the repository due to files being checked out or check-in errors
In addition, the job manifest located within the job's publish history contains the following error message:
File was not checked in because corresponding shared workspace folder must be created first.
Workarounds for the reported issue include the following:
- Write all job output files (that is the data files as well as log, list, and manifest files) to a non-shared folder.
- Execute the job in the workspace (versus the repository). Then, check in the job output files from that location.
Note that the reported issue is addressed beginning with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2.
