Problem Note 69965: SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.x - Code editor syntax highlighting incorrectly colors procedure code following a valid * as a comment
When Syntax Highlighting is enabled in the code editor of SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.x, entering valid SAS procedure code containing an asterisk (*) incorrectly colors all of the code following the asterisk (*) green indicating the code is part of a commented string.
Some examples of SAS procedures where an asterisk (*) can be specified as valid syntax:
- PROC SQL
- PROC FREQ
- PROC TTEST
Note the reported issue is addressed beginning with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2.
