Problem Note 69540: Scheduled jobs that are created by SAS® Studio do not maintain their job properties

You might encounter an error in SAS Studio where the jobs that you create by using New ► Job Definition do not maintain their parameters.
For example, a job created with the parameter _ADDJESBEGINENDMACROS=false shows that the parameter is set to true in the Arguments column. This column is displayed in the SAS® Environment Manager Job Properties window.
When the job is scheduled via SAS Studio, the following errors might be generated, depending upon the SAS Studio version:
The normalized SAS macro variable name "_<macro variable name>" is present more than once.
Error code: 31509
The SAS macro variable name "_<macro variable name>" contains invalid characters. Error code: 31509
Workaround
To circumvent this issue, create and schedule the parameterized job via the SAS® Job Execution Web Application.
