Problem Note 67210: PROC SGRENDER generates the message "ERROR: Unable to restore 'TEST' from template store!"

The SGRENDER procedure might generate an error message, similar to the following, in certain circumstances:
ERROR: Unable to restore 'TEST' from template store!
This error is most likely to occur when the following details are true:
- The Graph Template Language (GTL) definition contains a PATH statement that points to the location where the template definition is stored.
- However, the ODS PATH SHOW statement that runs after the GTL definition does not include the path where the template definition was stored.
To circumvent this problem, you can add an ODS PATH statement that points to the location where the template definition is stored before you run PROC SGRENDER.
For example, you create the PATH statement within the template in this way:
path(prepend) prod.mytmplt;
Then, the following ODS PATH statement would need to be specified prior to PROC SGRENDER, as shown here:
ods path(prepend) prod.mytmplt(update);

PROC SGRENDER generates an error when your Graph Template Language definition is stored in a location that is not included in the current ODS path.
