Problem Note 66855: Loading an Oracle table fails with "getErrorTextFromWorker...'table.loadTable' FAILED. Function failed"

When you try to load Oracle tables using the CASUTIL procedure, the procedure might fail with errors under the following conditions:
- The CASLIB statement contains NUMREADNODES=0.
- The Oracle table contains a column with a DOUBLE data type and some of the values are 0.
In this scenario, you might see the following error in the log:
[tkcastkts_util.c:1385] - getErrorTextFromWorker from worker 0:
{tkcasaimp.c:6404] - -- 'table.loadTable' FAILED. Function failed
{tkcasaimp.c:6404] - -- 'table.loadTable' FAILED. Function failed
In addition, the Worker Nodes logs might show the following error:
General error ORA-01428: argument '0' is out of range

Loading an Oracle table fails when you use NUMREADNODES=0 in the CASLIB statement and the Oracle table contains a DOUBLE data type column that has values of 0. In addition to the error in the title, the Worker Nodes logs might return "General error ORA-01428: argument '0' is out of range."
