Problem Note 66266: The message "The following users or groups were not found for the entity..." occurs when you try to save an entity in SAS® Visual Investigator

When trying to save an entity in SAS Visual Investigator, the following message might occur:
You encounter this issue if you have a user/group chooser control that is populated with a user/group who is no longer in LDAP.
To work around this issue, you can add the user to LDAP again and disable the account in LDAP to keep them from performing any actions in SAS Visual Investigator. You can also add another layer of security by adding the user to their own custom group and then creating a rule to prohibit group members from accessing anything in the environment. Here is an example of this rule:
