Problem Note 66239: Data is lost after incremental re-indexing in SAS® Visual Investigator

When you issue an incremental index request without specifying entities or relationships, the datahub service attempts to re-index all data objects. This action also creates a new document_link index, removing old indexes after the job is finished.
As a result, any relationships or entities that were incrementally indexed previously are removed.
