Problem Note 65351: A Read Access Violation occurs with the MEMLIB system option and the MEMCACHE system option set to 4

SAS® crashes and generates a Read Access Violation when the MEMCACHE system option is set to 4 and the MEMLIB system option is on. For example, this error appears in the SAS log for the DELETE procedure:

A Read Access Violation (with the name of the task) can occur for some steps, such as PROC DELETE.
