Problem Note 65178: SAS® Infrastructure Data Server or PGPool microservices might fail on start-up of SAS® Viya® 3.5

When you attempt to start SAS Viya 3.5, the SAS Infrastructure Data Server (sas-viya-sasdatasvrc-postgres-node#) or PGPool (sas-viya-sasdatasvrc-postgres-pgpool#) might fail to start. This failure to start could be due to missing Consul key-value pairs, which cause the microservices to stop responding while waiting to find the Consul key.
On Linux systems, if these microservices do not start, you can issue the following command to verify whether the microservice has stopped responding:
If the command returns a running process, then the microservice has most likely stopped responding while waiting.
On Windows systems, you can issue a similar command by opening a command window (as administrator) and running the following:
If a running process is returned, then the microservice might have stopped responding while trying to start.
