Problem Note 64901: The sas-sasvisualanalytics log is filled with warnings about "insufficient free space available after evicting expired cache entries"

The sas-sasvisualanalytics log for the SAS® Visual Analytics service might continuously grow with hundreds of warnings such as the following:
org.apache.catalina.webresources.Cache : anonymousUser [4447c0b1ba33a27e]
Unable to add the resource at [/resources/sas/dm/commons/library-preload.js] to
the cache for web application [/SASVisualAnalytics] because there was
insufficient free space available after evicting expired cache entries -
consider increasing the maximum size of the cache
In addition, the log contains related informational messages such as these:
org.apache.catalina.webresources.Cache : service The background cache eviction
process was unable to free [10] percent of the cache for Context
[/SASVisualAnalytics] - consider increasing the maximum size of the cache. After
eviction approximately [10,231] KB of data remained in the cache.
